We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened dog waste bags. Only unopened, sealed packs are eligible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, email us with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
